Behind-the Scenes of How Marie Delicacy Started.

 

My hobbies of cooking and baking started when I was at a young age of 7. At that time, my Mama Marilou stayed at home to look after me and my other siblings. Having the chance to spend time with Mama has always been fun and amazing. We have a unique and precious bond when we are in the kitchen. She loves to cook and bake for us and it always excites me whenever we have events at school or parties at home as she would let me help her prepare the ingredients and do the actual cooking and blending of the cake batter. Moreover, my friends at school and other relatives are anticipating Mama's cooking as they find it absolutely delicious.  She showed me everything she knows and shares her secret recipes. Now, I am a Registered Nurse by profession and still continuing Mama's passion which I truly admire and value. Through Mama, I see and feel joy in the kitchen and she reminds me to always EAT with gratitude, LIVE with good deeds and LOVE with all your heart.
