All food made by Marie Delicacy are subject to the following terms and conditions:

INGREDIENTS

Marie Delicacy ONLY use ingredients that are of the HIGHEST QUALITY.

Food Dishes and desserts may contain nuts or traces of nuts or nut oil.

Products are made/baked the day before delivery. These are made to be eaten on the celebration. Food are made in premises in which nuts are used.

STORAGE

Cakes are to be stored in a cool dry place, preferably in the box they were supplied in. Refrigeration of cakes may cause colours to run.

ORDERS

Marie Delicacy require 3 days notice on your order request which is subject to the availability of the date needed.

PAYMENT METHOD, DEPOSITS & FINAL BALANCE PAYMENT

Payment Methods - Bank Transfer on Deposit. Bank Transfer or Cash on pick up or Delivery.

Marie Delicacy require a 25% deposit on placement of the request order through Bank Transfer. This is deducted from the final balance payable. Once deposit is received you will hear from us via email and your order will be confirmed. Please note: The order is not confirmed until this deposit is received.

Remaining balance is payable on the day of pickup or delivery

CANCELLATION POLICY

Marie Delicacy understand reasonable situations happen, we accept to offer a full refund up until 48 hours before the delivery time. Within the 24-48 hours a 25% of the total bill cancellation fee will be applied which will be taken out from your deposit. Less than 24 hours notice will be no refund available.

DISPUTES

Any refund for disputes regarding the product are completely at the discretion of Marie Delicacy and are not automatic. Full refunds will never be given for any food which has been consumed regardless of dispute, as consumption of the product is viewed as an acceptance that it is adequate. All products are photographed to show evidence of quality on delivery.

DELIVERY

Marie Delicacy products will be delivered and arranged subject to availability. Any arrangements made for delivery may be subject to change, however prior notice will be given where possible.

Delivery Cost is based on the km radius from North Lakes, QLD.

🚗 💨 Within 30km of North Lakes - $25

🚗 💨 Within 50km of North Lakes - $30
